These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and det939 governing your access to and use of the det939 platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, payment services, and promotions available at det939.net.

Each individual may hold only one det939 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are prohibited under these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on det939, you must:

3.3 det939 may, at any time, require a Player to provide documentary proof of age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in det939's request will result in suspension of the Account pending verification, and may result in permanent closure.
3.4 Where det939 determines that an Account is held by a person under the age of 21, the Account will be closed immediately, all gameplay during the period of underage access will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used, subject to applicable processing fees and legal requirements.
4.1 Each individual may register only one Account on det939. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your CNIC number, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 det939 conducts KYC verification at the time of registration and at various trigger points throughout the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: first withdrawal request, where cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, and where det939's risk monitoring systems flag unusual account activity.

4.5 Withdrawal requests will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed KYC verification to det939's satisfaction. det939 may, at its discretion, permit limited platform access pending KYC completion.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your det939 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 det939 will never contact you by SMS, email, or any other channel to request your password or two-factor authentication codes. Any such request purportedly from det939 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 You must notify det939 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity on your Account. det939 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification, including temporary suspension of access pending investigation.
5.4 det939 enables SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. Players are strongly encouraged to activate 2FA to reduce the risk of unauthorised account access.
5.5 det939 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or your failure to notify det939 of a suspected compromise in a timely manner.
6.1 All deposits on det939 are accepted and held exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). det939 does not apply foreign exchange conversion to any deposit or withdrawal transaction. The amount credited to your PKR Balance will equal the amount received by det939 from your chosen payment method, net of any fees charged by your payment provider.
6.2 det939 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability in your location and applicable transaction limits:
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the det939 cashier interface at the time of deposit. These limits may be adjusted by det939 at its discretion without prior notice.
6.4 det939 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name and matching the identity documents submitted during KYC. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
6.5 det939 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its absolute discretion, including where det939 has reasonable grounds to suspect the deposit is associated with fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to the method's technical capability to receive funds. Where a specific payment method cannot receive funds (e.g., a one-way payment channel), det939 will process the withdrawal to a verified alternative method registered in your name.
7.2 All withdrawal requests require full KYC completion prior to processing. det939 targets a processing time of 24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals submitted by verified accounts, and up to 3 business days for bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and IBFT.
7.3 det939 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, where unusual account activity is detected, or where KYC documentation was submitted more than 12 months ago and requires renewal.
7.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the det939 cashier. Withdrawals below the stated minimum will not be processed.
7.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Only real-money winnings derived from the wagering of Bonus Funds, after satisfaction of the Wagering Requirement, are eligible for withdrawal.
7.6 det939 may, in exceptional circumstances including regulatory investigations, fraud investigations, or chargeback disputes, place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. det939 will communicate the reason for any such hold to the affected Player within 5 business days of the hold being imposed.
8.1 det939 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion in addition to these general Terms.
8.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all det939 promotions:
8.3 Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or otherwise assign a bonus to a third party constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are available within the relevant game information panel.
9.2 det939's sports betting products, including cricket betting markets covering PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test cricket, use official match data sourced from recognised sports data providers. In-play betting markets are settled on the basis of official match results; errors in live data feeds do not automatically entitle a Player to a winning settlement.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection during a live casino session, a slot game error, or a sports betting platform outage — det939 will review the affected round or bet and apply one of the following outcomes: (a) void the round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's PKR Balance; or (b) honour the result where it can be verified from server-side records. det939's determination in such cases is final.
9.4 det939 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it identifies a technical error in the displayed odds, payout tables, or game mechanics — including cases where an error resulted in odds, payouts, or game outcomes that were clearly outside normal parameters.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on det939 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:
10.2 det939 employs real-time monitoring technology to detect prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Accounts suspended pending investigation, with notice provided by email to the registered address within 48 hours of suspension.
11.1 det939 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players through their Account dashboard:
11.2 Requests to activate a Cooling-Off Period or Self-Exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of submission. During this processing period, Players are advised to refrain from depositing or wagering. det939 will not reverse a Self-Exclusion request once it has been processed.

11.4 det939 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account — including mandatory deposit limits or temporary suspension — where its monitoring systems identify patterns of play consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without requiring the Player's prior consent. det939 will notify the affected Player of such action within 48 hours.
12.1 det939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Where an Account is closed by det939 for reasons other than a breach by the Player, the Player's verified PKR Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to their registered payment method within 10 business days.
12.3 A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting det939 support via live chat. Upon confirmation of closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, det939's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or transaction conducted thereon, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 det939 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if det939 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 det939 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, telecommunications failures, and events outside det939's reasonable control may affect Platform availability.
13.4 det939 is not liable for losses suffered by a Player as a result of: (a) unauthorised access to the Player's Account due to the Player's failure to maintain credential confidentiality; (b) the Player's reliance on inaccurate third-party cricket or sports data; or (c) the Player's decision to gamble beyond their personal financial means.
14.1 All content on the det939 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and written content — is the exclusive property of det939 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer any Platform software; or use any det939 trademark, logo, or brand asset without express written authorisation.
14.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to det939 regarding the Platform may be used by det939 at its discretion without compensation or attribution to the submitting Player.
15.1 det939's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data — including CNIC information, mobile number, payment details, and gameplay data — is governed by the det939 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15.2 By registering an Account on det939, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive such communications.
15.3 det939 does not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to KYC verification partners, payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities, in each case only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose.
16.1 det939 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — det939 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.
16.2 The date of the most recent amendment is stated at the top of these Terms as the "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.
16.3 Your continued use of the det939 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and submit an Account closure request to det939 support.
17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. det939 operates in compliance with the regulatory frameworks applicable to its licensed jurisdiction and endeavours to ensure that its operations are conducted in a manner consistent with internationally recognised standards for online gaming operators.
17.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the Platform, you should first contact det939 customer support via live chat to seek resolution. det939 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through det939's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the regulatory framework applicable to det939's operating licence. det939 will cooperate fully with any such escalation process.
17.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
